You captured her free-spirit nature SO excellently with this. Not to mention the use of the colours I suggested right there, very simple and adds so much into her design!

also, clever use of simulating a crt tv with the image! it really utilises how it was used!

The drawing itself is done with Sai's binary brush and the background is a staged capture of San Andrés. I like to combine drawing with game backgrounds.
