Fish and chips can be hit or miss. But my god this was definitely a hit.

The golden sheen complimented the thin and crispy texture, adding a soft crunch to flavour the taste. The usage of vegetable oil meant it didn't leave my mouth drenched in grease.

Haddock was obviously the best choice, the flavour pleasantly greeted me like a warm hug and felt so enthralling.

Not to mention the chips had the perfect mixture of softness and crunchiness, as good as it looks.

Overall, it was a solid 12/10, perhaps more.
