Sorry about yesterday, I had to come up with something for the blog. Looks like sticking to mornings is better for me.
Right now, I am currently fixing my pitch for the project. I basically present it to the group, get some feedback and then crack on with the practical work!
It's no biggie for me, I'm very used to presenting so I don't usually flup up. After all, I do have experience elsewhere (wink wink).
All I need to do is to add some animations, transitions and the whatnot. Gotta say I'm quite the master in that area!
Actually, I'll put some tips on here. They might not be helpful, but I thought it'll be fun to otherwise!
The key thing of presenting isnt just to let the audience read. Youll look like a plank of wood otherwise.
No, the best thing to do is to let the audience watch, that means relying on visual imagery is key for a good presentation.
But also confidence! Talkingveryquicklylikethisandsayingalotofstuffwouldboretheaudienceaswellasmissingalotofkeyinformation isn't the way to go. Taking your time is helpful, your voice is much quicker than you expect it.
And also: remember to breath and smile.
